The second meeting of the Preparatory Committee will be held 7-8 March 2011 in New York immediately after the conclusion of the Intergovernmental Preparatory Meeting (28 February-4 March 2011) for the nineteenth session of the Commission to discuss further the substantive themes of the Conference.
